Who We Are

ElderCARE's mission is to improve seniors' well-being by providing free services, such as medical transports, grocery shopping, companionship and technology assistance. Our vision for the community is that every senior lives as fully and independently as possible. Older adults' independence is a key factor in their social and physical well-being, yet it remains a significant challenge for adults aging in-place with limited financial resources to access the services they need.

ElderCARE's impactful work is supported by a team of dedicated volunteers who provide these free services to low-income older adults in Lake County. ElderCARE is the only free transportation service available for medical transportation to older adults in Lake County.
